Foaled in 1984, Denver is a black, 15.1 hand stallion by
Aladdin out of Tre Awain's Cricket Song. In 1994,
Denver was awarded the An Tostal trophy by the
American Connemara Pony Society in recognition of his
outstanding performance record
in eventing, dressage and the show ring. In 1993, Denver
competed successfully at the Preliminary level in eventing.
Denver passes on his kind disposition, good bone, and amazing
athleticism to his offspring. He has sired many outstanding and
"typey" purebreds, but also makes an excellent cross with a
thoroughbred or TB type mare, as the halfbreds he has sired
show more substance, better quality of hoof, and quieter
temperaments than their dams. Two of his halfbred offspring,
Ridgetop Ringdancer and Ridgetop Clancy, won the 1997
Area VIII Training Level Championship and the 1997 Area III
Novice Level Championship respectively. Clancy went on to
successfully compete at the training and preliminary levels.
Ringdancer was awarded the 1998 ACPS and USCTA
Halfbred award and the AHSA McKenna Trophy for
combined training, after his very successful year of eventing at

is $1,000, which includes a $200 booking fee, live cover or
